CHAWK LINES -- Cardinals at Seahawks

Paul Richardson is expected to make his season debut Sunday vs. Arizona.

Jeremy Lane is “one day at a time,” but Russell Okung is expected to play vs. Arizona after missing the Dallas game.

Ricardo Lockette returned to Seattle. Okung and Marshawn Lynch had stayed in Dallas with him last week.

Michael Bennett talks his usual goofy gibberish about his fine for hitting Matt Cassel and other things.

Nice feature from ESPN’s Sheil Kapadia on Cliff Avril, who lost his dad earlier this year and has been playing as well as ever this season.

The Seattle defense has been great, except in creating turnovers and limiting yards after contact, per Kapadia and ESPN Stats.

Great numbers on Marshawn Lynch from ESPN as well. Lynch is averaging just 2.95 yards per carry out of the I formation and just 2.47 in two-TE formations.

The offensive line has come a long way and still has a long way to go.

As much as people complain about the Seahawks’ use of Jimmy Graham, he is on pace to blow away Seattle records for tight ends.

Seattle’s playoff odds are increasing with every win. Imagine how great they will look if the Hawks beat the Cardinals on Sunday.

Assuming the Seahawks do make the playoffs, they won’t be drafting as low as 19, but that’s where they are in Rob Staton’s 2016 mock draft.

Russell Wilson had some fun with “J.J. Watt” at the San Francisco airport.

Lest you forget, Wilson still religiously takes his Tuesday visits to Children’s Hospital.
