CHAWK LINES -- Panthers at SeahawksSounds like a Seahawks fan tried to give the Panthers a taste of what it feels like to be playing in the early morning. Not cool.

The Panthers always come along at a critical point for the Seahawks.

Even former Seahawk Kevin Norwood — now a Panther — thinks this game is pivotal.

Dave Boling thinks the Seahawks will use Carolina as a springboard again.

Tight ends are still a problem for Seattle — and Greg Olsen is coming to town.

Rob Rang has three key matchups, including Olsen vs. Kam Chancellor and Kevin Pierre-Louis.

Speaking of tight ends, the latest look at Jimmy Graham (key on the lack of vertical routes and forget anything Heath Evans says).

While Graham has not quite fit in, Doug Baldwin and Jermaine Kearse have been “maximizing their chances.”

Seahawks.com recalls Kearse’s big catch against Carolina in 2013 among his other big plays.

Michael Bennett was fined $20,000 for bulldogging Andy Dalton last week. Pete Carroll said he “lost his mind,” and teammates Brandon Mebane and Earl Thomas both indicated Bennett was wrong and needs to knock it off.

The Seahawks won’t make a decision on Derrick Coleman until after the Carolina game.
