DT Al Woods signed with Seattle for one year and $3 million, but he does not count in the comp formula because he was released by Jacksonville. Likewise, Jarran Reed (who signed with KC) does not count as a loss since he was cut.
The COMPetition ended May 3 (signings after that do not count).
